Sesame Seed Squares
250g (11/2 cup sesame)
11/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Press evenly into
lightly greased lamington tin base measures (16cm +26cm) bake in slow oven 30
minutes, or until mixture is lightly brown.
Cut into squares while hot, cool in tin.
I suggest baking for 20 -25 minutes only, it depends
on each one's oven
I used silicon mat to facilitate removing the squares
from the tin.
